I have used Bluff Titler to generate the video of the animated ecards above. I then converted the video to animated CIF using ulead gif animator. What I like most about Bluff Titler is that it gave you the ability to write your own effects using HLSL (High Level Shader Language). Bluff Titler comes with a lot of effects and you can add your own. It also comes with a lot of examples. It is a great tool to generate 3D animated text for video, slideshow or just for fun.
